I think its harmless to try. And when you do try it, it keeps you smiling, and that in itself is a benefit for the way too serious and way too worried ;-)
I am the mother of a severely autistic boy. I was not made for this challenge. I procrastinate; I am messy; I cannot follow a routine; I have problems with my short term memory and concentration; I loose temper; I get depressed; I do not always have unquivering hope.
I do not march through this trying experience. I stagger under.
